Responsibilities
- Execute accurate picking, packing, and labeling of customer orders using warehouse management software.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as directed by management.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed throughout the shift.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Assist in loading outbound freight onto delivery trucks in an organized manner.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
