Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Reliable transportation to the 345 Industrial Park Drive location
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Must be available for 4-5 night shifts weekly (10 PM - 6 AM)
