Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to meet daily quotas.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as directed.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Scissor Lift) in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and clutter-free to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills for safety documentation.
