Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team leads for task prioritization
- Assist with loading/unloading of trailers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends)
