Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping tasks with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for labels and safety instructions.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate consideration.
