Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to load and unload trucks and conveyances according to safety standards.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Material Handling: Sort, organize, and stack products in designated areas to maximize space efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and minor maintenance of warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety guides and operational instructions.
