Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual equipment.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Operate scanning equipment and RF guns to ensure data accuracy.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
