Responsibilities
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping duties with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are correct.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
