Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient loading and unloading of freight trucks.
- Prepare and pack merchandise according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred but not required).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for 8+ hours.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baltimore facility.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
