Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using manual pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipping according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to track packages and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding attendance and uniform requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
