Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to priority schedules
- Maintain organized warehouse space and follow safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory verification tasks
- Collaborate with weekend shift team leads to meet daily targets
- Document workflow activities using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
