Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Check and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment using proper packaging materials and labeling.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Data Entry: Record inventory movements and maintain digital logs.
- Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet company standards before distribution.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Background: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for reading safety instructions and communicating with team leads.
