Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in digital systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict quality control standards for outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean, organized workspace in accordance with 5S methodology
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately to supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to shift location
