Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure efficient stock rotation and retrieval.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies while operating heavy machinery.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and staging orders for timely delivery.
- Report any damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Perform general cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
