Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification provided)
- Maintain organized and clean workstations according to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and dock management
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work 12-hour shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) for 3+ months
- Reliable transportation to industrial areas of Tampa
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
