Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production goals
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and maintain clean workstations
- Assist with loading/unloading of freight trucks during peak hours
- Complete daily productivity reports using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to night shift location
