Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders in temperature-controlled environment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (6 PM - 4:30 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
