Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage zones
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA and safety protocols at all times
- Complete daily paperwork and system entries accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to Alliance Gateway location
- Flexible availability to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
