Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and organize incoming/outgoing inventory with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Load/unload trucks and maintain accurate shipping/receiving logs
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces following 5S principles
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Availability for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (4-5 days/week)
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Parkway location
