Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Resolve inventory discrepancies through cycle counts
- Support equipment maintenance and preventative checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM (flexible scheduling possible)
- Basic computer literacy and WMS system familiarity
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to East Austin facility
