Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package goods using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within 200,000 sq ft facility
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using WMS software
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to shift supervisor
- Perform routine facility cleanup and organization duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid state ID or driver's license for equipment operation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to 789 Industrial Park Blvd
