Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and manage inventory in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanning systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) with rotating weekends
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to off-site industrial locations
