- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Document warehouse activities using digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and data entry proficiency
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with rotating weekends
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse technology
