Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks efficiently with teamwork
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and tech-savvy
- Reliable transportation to industrial area
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
