Responsibilities
- Operate automated sorting systems with 99% accuracy during peak night hours
- Manage inventory using RF scanners in 50,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Coordinate cross-docking operations for high-priority shipments
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outbound goods
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards in all warehouse activities
- Collaborate with overnight logistics team for seamless shift transitions
Qualifications
- Must be available for 4+ night shifts weekly (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly with proper training
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable working in low-light environments with safety gear
