Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks including sorting, packing, and loading materials efficiently during night hours.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Inspect products and packaging for quality assurance and report any defects or discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with 5S standards.
- Operate basic warehouse machinery and equipment safely under supervision.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless transition of duties and inventory accuracy.
- Track time and attendance accurately for payroll processing.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Physically fit with the stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability are essential.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for following safety and operational instructions.
- Valid identification and authorization to work in the United States.
