Responsibilities

- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in general labor, warehousing, or a related field is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and maneuver in various environments.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a track record of punctuality and consistency.
- Availability: Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
