The Role
As a temporary night shift associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse setting, ensuring that products are processed, packaged, and shipped efficiently to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform fast-paced packing, sorting, and labeling of merchandise.
- Load and unload trucks using hand trucks and pallet jacks safely.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate basic warehouse machinery and follow safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work nights (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
