Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations and inventory management with high accuracy.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently using manual dollies and pallet jacks.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks (certification preferred).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in quality control checks for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are non-negotiable.
- Basic computer literacy for timekeeping and inventory tracking systems.
- Previous experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
