Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading, unloading, and staging of merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and stock organization during overnight shifts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and shipments.
- Assist in packaging and preparing orders for shipping and delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure optimal workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee facility.
