Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards during evening hours.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills, availability, and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers seamlessly.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for immediate placement.
- Update candidate records accurately in the ATS and CRM.
- Collaborate with the day team to ensure a seamless handoff of active opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first or hybrid night-shift environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- High reliability and time management skills.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
