Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for night shift positions in industrial and service industries
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and background verifications
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates across night shift schedules
- Utilize ATS systems to manage candidate profiles and job placements
- Exceed monthly recruitment and placement targets
- Provide exceptional support to both candidates and clients throughout the placement process
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience, preferably with night shift roles
- Strong knowledge of Tucson's industrial and service sector employment landscape
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
