Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for overnight positions in healthcare, warehousing, and industrial sectors
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during evening/night hours (8 PM - 4 AM)
- Manage candidate pipeline using ATS systems with 24-hour response standards
- Collaborate with client managers to match candidates with specialized night shift requirements
- Process onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Monitor staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for overnight placements
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems with nightly reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years recruiting/staffing experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Proven ability to conduct interviews during unconventional hours (evenings/nights)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport during off-hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits
- Strong problem-solving skills for addressing urgent staffing gaps
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (schedule includes weekends)
- SHRM-CP or CSP certification preferred
