Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates into night shift positions across diverse industries
- Manage candidate pipelines through our proprietary staffing platform with real-time updates
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments for after-hour roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and night shift candidates

Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift specialization
