Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for overnight shifts in healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing sectors
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies during evening hours
- Process payroll documentation and compliance records for night shift placements
- Manage urgent staffing requests from clients requiring immediate overnight coverage
- Build and maintain relationships with local night shift employers and job seekers
- Utilize ATS software to track candidate progress and job requisitions
- Provide 24/7 support for staffing emergencies during assigned shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruiting experience in a 24/7 environment
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work independently overnight
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Knowledge of New Mexico labor laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent staffing requests
- Experience with healthcare staffing or logistics recruitment preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
