- Screen and qualify candidates for overnight and night shift positions across Tampa Bay
- Conduct late-night interviews and onboarding sessions for urgent staffing needs
- Manage client communications during evening hours for emergency staffing requests
- Process payroll and documentation for overnight temporary employees
- Maintain applicant tracking system with real-time updates for night shift roles
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for night shift workers
- Ensure compliance with labor laws for overnight work schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift exposure
- Strong communication skills for late-night client interactions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Knowledge of Tampa Bay's 24/7 industry landscape preferred
