Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for overnight positions across Las Vegas
- Manage high-volume staffing needs for casino resorts, distribution centers, and healthcare facilities
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during night hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Process onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with night shift managers at client sites
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Analyze staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for overnight roles
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in recruitment or staffing coordination
- Proven experience with high-volume, shift-based hiring
- Strong knowledge of Nevada labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills for night shift interactions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in hospitality, logistics, or healthcare staffing preferred
