Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for overnight warehouse, manufacturing, and security roles
- Manage candidate databases and match skills to client needs
- Conduct onboarding for new hires during night shift hours
- Coordinate with clients to ensure staffing coverage and compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems
- Provide 24/7 emergency staffing support for urgent client requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or HR experience
- Proven ability to work independently in night shift environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for candidate assessments
- OSHA certification preferred
