Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for night shift positions across Philadelphia metropolitan area
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing clients
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews with candidates during evening/night hours
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses to understand night shift staffing needs
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track candidate progress and recruitment metrics
- Contribute to innovative recruitment strategies that address Philadelphia's unique workforce challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience, preferably with night shift placements
- Proven success in sourcing candidates for healthcare, logistics, or manufacturing roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during non-traditional hours
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and social media recruiting
- Strong understanding of Philadelphia's labor market and night shift employment landscape
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings across the city
