Responsibilities
- Recruit and place qualified candidates for night shift positions across multiple industries
- Source talent through job boards, social media, and local networking events
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments for overnight roles
- Build and maintain client relationships with businesses requiring night staff
- Manage candidate onboarding processes including background checks
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with day shift recruiters for seamless candidate handoffs
- Stay current with New Orleans' labor market trends and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing experience with night shift focus
- Strong knowledge of New Orleans' industries and labor market
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
