Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for night shift positions, including screening, interviewing, and placement.
- Collaborate with local Louisville businesses to understand their operational requirements and staffing gaps.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate data and placement history within our applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate compensation for night shift hours, including any applicable shift differentials.
- Provide exceptional support to both clients and candidates to ensure high satisfaction rates and retention.
- Identify skill gaps and proactively source talent to fill urgent night shift vacancies.
- Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions with night shift employees as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or a related customer service role.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in Kentucky.
