- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry-specific regulations
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for night shift efficiency
- Provide ongoing support to placed candidates during onboarding and beyond
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment with night shift specialization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
