In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our agency for our night shift clients. You will handle end-to-end recruitment cycles, ensuring we meet the staffing needs of local industries with precision and speed.

Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the workforce.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates alike.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (1+ years preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
