Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight staffing assignments for casino, hotel, and event clients across the Las Vegas Strip
- Recruit, screen, and deploy qualified candidates for night shift roles within tight deadlines
- Manage real-time staffing logistics and emergency coverage during overnight hours
- Maintain compliance with Nevada labor laws and industry-specific regulations
- Build and nurture relationships with clients requiring 24/7 staffing solutions
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and optimize staffing efficiency
- Conduct overnight candidate interviews and onboarding sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong understanding of Nevada labor laws and hospitality staffing requirements
- Exceptional communication skills for overnight client interactions
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (typically 11 PM - 7 AM)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
