Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch night shift personnel to client sites across Houston metropolitan area
- Manage real-time staffing needs through advanced scheduling systems and mobile platforms
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for night shift candidates at client facilities
- Monitor performance metrics and provide immediate support to field staff
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOL, and industry-specific regulations
- Build and nurture relationships with night shift supervisors and HR departments
- Handle emergency staffing requests with 15-minute response time standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or workforce management experience
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure night shift environments
- Strong knowledge of Houston's industrial and healthcare sectors
- Advanced proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Kronos, ADP Workforce Now)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
