Responsibilities
- Coordinate night shift candidate placements for 15+ active client accounts
- Conduct after-hours candidate screenings and interviews via virtual platforms
- Manage real-time staffing adjustments for emergency client requests
- Maintain accurate staffing records in our ATS system during overnight hours
- Collaborate with day-shift team to ensure operational continuity
- Provide 24/7 support to placed candidates and client supervisors
- Analyze overnight staffing trends to optimize placement strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing/recruitment or healthcare logistics
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong proficiency in virtual interviewing and after-hours communication
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for emergency staffing scenarios
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours (11 PM - 7 AM, 4 nights/week)
- Basic knowledge of Portland's industrial and healthcare sectors
