Responsibilities

- Screen and interview candidates via video calls during night shift hours
- Process payroll and compliance documentation for temporary staff
- Manage client communications across time zones via dedicated CRM system
- Resolve urgent staffing emergencies with 15-minute response time SLA
- Conduct quality assurance checks for on-site assignments
- Generate daily performance reports using data analytics tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven night shift management or coordination background
- OSHA and HR compliance certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
