Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ client facilities across Milwaukee metro
- Process real-time payroll adjustments for 200+ night shift employees
- Resolve urgent staffing emergencies within 30-minute response window
- Maintain compliance with OSHA safety protocols for night operations
- Utilize ATS software to optimize shift scheduling and coverage
- Conduct virtual onboarding for overnight hires between 8 PM-4 AM
- Analyze staffing metrics to reduce overtime costs by 15% quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience with night shift focus
- Proficiency in workforce management systems (e.g., Kronos, ADP)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure during overnight hours
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean record
- Spanish bilingual certification strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently during 10 PM-6 AM shifts
- Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field
