Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard qualified candidates for night shift positions across Dallas metro
- Manage staffing contracts and client relationships for 24/7 operations
- Coordinate interviews, background checks, and compliance documentation
- Resolve staffing emergencies and fill urgent overnight shifts within 2 hours
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and staffing analytics
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handover processes
- Conduct on-site visits to client facilities to understand operational needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management
- Proven experience coordinating non-traditional shift schedules
- Strong knowledge of Dallas's night shift industries and talent pool
- Excellent communication skills for client/candidate negotiations
- Proficiency in ATS systems and staffing software
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
