Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates in night shift positions across Charlotte metro area
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants
- Conduct after-hours candidate interviews and onboarding sessions
- Manage staffing contracts and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for night shift roles
- Coordinate emergency staffing needs during peak operational hours
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing or recruiting experience with night shift focus
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte's night shift labor market
- Exceptional communication skills for after-hours client interactions
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and scheduling software
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Ability to work independently during non-traditional hours
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
